Service Policies
Booking & Approval Policy
All services are requested online and are subject to approval. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability until it has been reviewed and confirmed by OnlyPaws – Traveling Vet Tech. We reserve the right to decline, modify, or reschedule service requests based on availability, location, scope of service, pet needs, or safety considerations.
Drop-In Visit Scheduling Policy
Drop-In Visits are scheduled within agreed-upon time windows, not exact arrival times. While we aim for consistency whenever possible, arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, prior appointments, or unforeseen circumstances. Morning and evening visits are considered separate visits and may occur at different times each day.
Reminders & Communication Policy
Automated appointment reminders are not sent for Drop-In Visit services to avoid excessive notifications during multi-day or multiple-daily visits. Clients are responsible for reviewing their confirmed schedule and contacting OnlyPaws with any questions or concerns regarding visit timing or services.
Changes, Cancellations & Missed Visits
Clients are asked to request changes or cancellations as soon as possible. While we do our best to accommodate adjustments, last-minute changes may not be possible, especially for multi-day or package-based services. Missed visits caused by incorrect information, lack of home access, unavailable pets, or unsafe conditions may still be charged.
Home Access & Safety Policy
Clients are responsible for providing safe, reliable access to the home at the time of service. This includes keys, entry codes, parking instructions, and accurate information regarding the pet’s location. OnlyPaws is not responsible for missed or incomplete visits due to inaccessible entry, aggressive animals, unsafe environments, or conditions that pose a risk to personal safety.
Pet Health & Scope of Service
OnlyPaws provides services within the scope of a veterinary technician and pet care professional. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or replace veterinary care. If a health concern is observed during a visit, it will be communicated to the client, and veterinary follow-up may be recommended.
Emergency Policy
In the event of a medical emergency, OnlyPaws will follow the instructions provided in the client’s intake and consent forms. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the client or designated emergency contact. Any veterinary care, transportation, or emergency-related costs incurred are the responsibility of the client.
Payment Policy
Payment terms, package pricing, and accepted payment methods will be outlined at the time of booking or service confirmation. Certain services or packages may require prepayment or deposits once online payments are enabled.
Agreement to Policies
By submitting a booking request or using our services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Service Policies.
